Nick Lomax - Director
Nick has been in the property market since 2003 within several corporate agencies in senior management roles dealing with lettings, sales and commercial, alongside running multiple offices across the southern belt of the UK.
As a qualified financial adviser, Nick owned a mortgage and insurance company until the sale in 2013. In 2019, following a second stint ln leading large agencies in the South East, Nick set up on his own as an off-market property broker, having established relationships with key contacts from buyers to sellers over the previous decade.
Nick prides himself on building relationships, networking and delivering an end product by way of sale or purchase. Transparency and efficiency are key to his success.
John Dale - Director
Before forming an asset management and commercial agency, John was a rising star in the civil service. He was the youngest senior civil servant in the UK serving as Head of Economic Development and Property for the largest local authority in the country. Responsible for pioneering a £250m flagship project called The Waterfront Enterprise Zone alongside Cabinet Ministers, whilst managing an £80m asset portfolio, John had already begun to impact the world of commercial property. In 2017, John began applying his vast industry knowledge in the private sector, specialising in commercial property consultancy. He provided agency, advice and estate management to high net worth individuals and funds, negotiating many notable acquisitions on their behalf. The connections made during this chapter of Johns career have proven to be priceless in the off-market arena and still contributes significantly to the supply of confidential and prestigious properties available to OM Acquisitions’ clients today.
Josh Blakemore - Asia Pacific Consultant
Josh brings a wealth of development and acquisition experience to the team. His seven years of experience as a construction director for a UK based property developer is invaluable when calculating viability and costs. Having studied Mathematics at Bath University ,he has a keen eye for numerical detail which allows him to aid clients to accurately forecast their financial returns on every project. Josh has been instrumental in opportunity identification, project management and asset sales of tens of millions of pounds of new build and mixed-use developments. Residing in Indonesia, and with a vast network of contacts throughout the middle and far east, he is ideally placed to bring together Asian investment and UK property.
John Kelly - Construction Consultant
John has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. His initial specialism in plumbing and heating progressed to larger projects in property maintenance and development, delivering multi million pound projects refurbishing large hotels in central London; including listed buildings owned by HNW individuals and the Crown. John has a large range of knowledge across the full spectrum of the construction sector.
